If you’ve got a holiday party coming up, whether it’s a big one with tons of people or a small, relaxed one at home, these chocolate cookie balls will have you remembered all year long. And you only need to use three simple ingredients!

This recipe makes 20 medium-to-large or 40 small chocolate balls. First line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a food processor, break down 2 – 500-gram (17-ounce) packages of chocolate cream cookies (e.g. Oreos) into crumbs. Chop 250 grams (9 ounces) of cream cheese into cubes and add them to the food processor. Process until well-combined. Add the cookies and cream mix to a mixing bowl and, using your hands, separate them into small balls.

Place the balls on the baking sheet and chill for 45 minutes to harden. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave, then dip each ball into the melted chocolate, place each back on the tray, and chill once more until the coating has stuck! Voila!
